Outreach Scholarships Coordination Office
The responsibilities of the Outreach Scholarships Coordination Office are:
- coordinate institutional outreach scholarship programs and projects;
- implement, suspend and cancel scholarships under PROEX calls for applications;
- prepare scholarship payment processing and accountability reports;
- review documentation required for scholarship implementation;
- maintain and update the databases and files related to outreach scholarships;
- assist students, faculty and staff participating in outreach scholarship programs;
- prepare the office’s annual activity report;
- perform other duties related to the area or assigned by the competent authority.
