Executive Director’s Office
The responsibilities of the Executive Director’s Office are:
- instruct the processes submitted to the Prorector;
- forward the Prorector’s decisions in the scope of the Prorectorate;
- coordinate institutional outreach programs and projects;
- promote and support institutional outreach policies, with regard to its implementation and dissemination;
- promote, coordinate and improve outreach incentive programs within the University;
- support and promote the development of individual, collective, departmental, interdepartmental and interinstitutional outreach activities;
- coordinate the selection process and monitor the calls for outreach scholarships and grants;
- perform other activities pertaining to the area or that may be delegated by the competent authority.
