UFSC com as Aldeias Project
The “UFSC com as Aldeias” [UFSC with the indigenous villages] project promotes and coordinates joint initiatives between indigenous peoples and the University, in areas of interest to them, with the aim of strengthening the autonomy of these peoples and contributing to the preservation of their way of life, in respect for their values and culture.
This outreach project is carried out in partnership with governmental and non-governmental institutions and is led by indigenous students as well as faculty and staff at UFSC.
