Outreach Activities Support Coordination Office

The responsibilities of the Outreach Activities Support Coordination Office are:

  • assist the Prorector and the Administrative Director;
  • provide services to the internal and external community;
  • draft official correspondence for the Prorector;
  • purchase tickets and process per diem allowances;
  • manage information (organization and filing of correspondence and documents);
  • assist in meetings;
  • register and monitor online requests, administrative processes, and correspondence;
  • register and support outreach events;
  • assist in the coordination of outreach calls for applications;
  • assist the Projeto Rondon, the Extensio Journal and all other outreach activities promoted by PROEX;
  • manage and monitor information regarding the calls for application of the Ministry of Education;
  • manage the outreach certificate system at UFSC;
  • maintain and update PROEX’s website;
  • assist UFSC outreach coordinators with the Integrated Management System for Research and Outreach (SIGPEX);
  • perform other duties related to the area or assigned by the competent authority.
