Outreach Activities Support Coordination Office
The responsibilities of the Outreach Activities Support Coordination Office are:
- assist the Prorector and the Administrative Director;
- provide services to the internal and external community;
- draft official correspondence for the Prorector;
- purchase tickets and process per diem allowances;
- manage information (organization and filing of correspondence and documents);
- assist in meetings;
- register and monitor online requests, administrative processes, and correspondence;
- register and support outreach events;
- assist in the coordination of outreach calls for applications;
- assist the Projeto Rondon, the Extensio Journal and all other outreach activities promoted by PROEX;
- manage and monitor information regarding the calls for application of the Ministry of Education;
- manage the outreach certificate system at UFSC;
- maintain and update PROEX’s website;
- assist UFSC outreach coordinators with the Integrated Management System for Research and Outreach (SIGPEX);
- perform other duties related to the area or assigned by the competent authority.
