Volunteer participation of international students in outreach projects
The Prorectorate for Outreach and Extension (PROEX) and the Office of International Relations (SINTER) have released a Catalogue of Outreach Projects for International Students in the Incoming Exchange Program 2025.
The catalogue shows the projects in which undergraduate exchange students can participate as volunteers in 2025.
There are almost 60 projects, in different fields of study, that will provide international students with the opportunity to engage with Brazilian society, strengthen UFSC’s social mission and promote the Brazilian public university model internationally.
Participation is voluntary (unpaid) and students will receive a certificate for the hours dedicated to the project.
To participate, the international students must contact the respective project coordinators at the e-mail address provided in the catalogue and sign a volunteer work plan.
